Iao PROJECTS invited to its first art fair!
Iao PROJECTS has been invited to its first art fair located in Chelsea, New York at the Anna Kustera Gallery. The conceptual project/art fair is named "The World's Smallest Art Fair" and information regarding it can be found at http://www.annakustera.com/2008/06/the_worlds_smallest_art_fair.html where the PROJECTS will be showcasing various pieces measuring 12" x 12" or less from its roster of artists.

The art fair will be going on for 3 weeks from July 10-August 1, 2008 at the location 520 West 21st Street. Anna Kustera is one of the most cutting edge galleries located there and Iao PROJECTS is happy to present some of its most experimental work for the world to see.

The World's Smallest Art Fair was an idea inspired by Maurizio Cattelan's Wrong Gallery. More information about this original concept can be found at: http://arts.guardian.co.uk/features/story/0,,1671867,00.html

Ironically, the Iao PROJECTS is also a conceptual project involving an office space with only 108 square feet. So the funny thing is when a conceptual art project gets invited to participate within another conceptual project? Just like Russian dolls...

The submitted pieces for this art fair can be found at: http://www.yessy.com/iaoprojects/smallfair.html
